Back to School

This is what alert level 3.2 at school looks like, new rules and bringing masks. I wasn't looking forward to talking to my friends because I do it essentially everyday on google meets and Ps4, but I was excited to see everyone face to face. I know Auckland has been getting more cases everyday and we should probably stay home for a little bit longer. But I actually liked coming to school today because it is better than doing home learning at home. Coming back to school is way different than my life at home. The things that have changed are our times, we start at 10am and we end at 2pm, we can't touch each other and we can't hug each other and most importantly we have to social distance.

Diwali 2021

Diwali is a celebration, and if you are thinking what does Diwali mean, it actually means a row of lights. If your thinking of other questions like how is Diwali celebrated, well the answer to that is; Diwali is celebrated by socialising and exchanging gifts with family and friends. Diwali is a time to fill up light and love. If your thinking of how many days Diwali is celebrated, well the answer is 5. Thanks for reading,  that is everything I know about Diwali.

What the whole of New Zealand was waiting for

The game that we have been waiting for All blacks vs USA. All Blacks score the first try of the game. Damian Mckenzie who carried the team to the win. All Blacks hasn't versed USA since 2014 which was years ago. My idol in All blacks is Ardie Savea because he leads his team to a great victory and he supports his team even if he's not playing. People call him All Blacks captain. At the end of the game everyone was pushing hard to get a score because there was only 10 minutes on the clock, so they had to try their best to score. After the 10 minutes the game ended, and the scores were shocking. The look on people's faces were disappointing, and the score was 14-104 with the all blacks taking the win.

ALGEBRA

Today we had another maths session and this one we did algebra. Today I learnt the letters represent numbers in algebra. I think I am getting better at algebra. The teacher who made me push my maths up is Mrs Allan. I can get better and my algebra if i practice everyday at home and joining these maths sessions.

PERCENTAGES

So today we done maths with Mrs Allan. Our maths we did today was Percentages. The bottom photo is a instruction of how I can get better at my percentages. I can get better at percentages if I do these maths everyday. The focus of this session was Percentages. We also did this pipe game and it helped me with my percentages.

LOCKDOWN

As you know the whole of New Zealand went into lockdown, so we all had to stay in our bubbles. Lockdown for me is now kinda getting boring but it is fun at the same time. My lockdown is just staying at home and playing games, but at the same time we have to do online learning. I heard that age 12-15 can now get the vaccination. We are basically getting more cases everyday. The whole lockdown I have just being doing some of my homework, playing games and listening to the news for the latest Covid-19 updates. The Prime minister Jacinda Ardern has said that we have beaten Covid-19 before and we can beat it again.

My Grandma

My Grandma is one of a kind. She is a shopping lady wherever she goes. He dances to her music on the radio, to the beat. She is a very talented dancer. She is a good cook when it comes to island food. She is very good at everything she does. She has a lot of friends, and she talks to anyone that she knows. My grandma is a very kind grandma, and she is a person that goes to church every Sunday. She is kind of strict. She can be kind but sometimes she can yell like a roaring ocean.

Easter DAY!!!!

If you hadn't heard there was a special day on Sunday. It is a very popular day for New Zealand. This special day is called Easter day, people like Easter day because people like to do Easter hunts in their house or outside. Kids mostly are the ones that like Easter day more than adults. Easter is a very popular day because it relates to Jesus Christ. New Zealand is the most popular country for Easter day. What did I do on Easter day? I went to the cemetery and when we got back we started to do a nice juicy BBQ and had a family meeting.

We also played.
